Pergamino provides an AI-powered enterprise video knowledge platform that enables organisations to capture, share, and scale employee expertise through short-form video. Features include AI-generated video creation, knowledge base management, analytics, and integrations with third-party tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Pergamino a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6. Free Trial & Waitlist

Pergamino may offer free trial access or waitlist registration. Free trial access is provided "as is" with no guarantee of continued availability. We reserve the right to convert, limit, or terminate free access at any time with reasonable notice.

Submitting your details to our waitlist constitutes consent to receive product updates and launch communications from Pergamino. You may unsubscribe at any time.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Pergamino does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
